An eLearning program was recently developed for the Navy. It presents the fundamentals of sound - building from the basics to detail strategies for installations and communities to improve compatible land use planning. The program includes calibrated sounds, video and interactive exercises. This is part of an overall Department of Defense intuitive to increase accessibility to training programs.

The eLearning program evolved from the continuing use of ISe based presentations by the military. Training sessions have been presented by topic specialists and by Dr. Dubbink, at multiple military installations. Custom programs have been developed for training and community involvement by the Air Force, Navy/Marines, and Army.
